How Many occupants are allowed in a single unit?
That depends! Please refer to the listing of the unit you are interested in renting. If our landlord has a limit on occupants, it will be listed there.
Does Goldmar allow pets in their rental units?
That depends! Please refer to the listing of the unit you are interested in renting. If our landlord’s unit is pet-friendly, it will be categorized on our listing.
Goldmar is the property management company for my current unit. Do I need to submit a new application?
Yes! As a property management company, we represent multiple landlords and their various requirements to rent. Please submit a new rental application for a new unit.
How many references do I need to provide?
Goldmar’s standard rental application form requests every applicant to list their last two places of residence as well as two personal references.
How soon can I move into my new property?
It depends! You can find the available date for every unit is on their rental listing. We will work to get you into your new home as soon as possible.
